To answer your question, as I understand it, yes, the ultra-high frequency (UHF) subliminal messages can still work in mono mode.
Unlike binaural beats, which require stereo separation, UHF subliminals are typically embedded in the audio signal itself and don’t rely on stereo channels.

Quick question would the ultra high frequency affirmations still work on mono mode ? (I know that mono deactivates the binaural beats which requires stereo seperation, but would the actual UHF subliminal messages still be received on mono mode?)

Wow, thanks for reading my articles with such care and taking the time to contact me.
You are right, I did not progress through all the levels in Brainev but not because of the product itself.
I enjoyed the audios of the first few levels but in truth, I just couldn’t consistently find the 30 minutes per day to dedicate to the program, sitting, listening and doing nothing else.
Poor excuse, I know, but with a full time job and a family I just found it difficult, even though I enjoyed the sessions when I listened to them.
I also tried Zen12 because I am a brainwave entrainment junkie and have tried many of the products I review.
Requiring only 12 minutes a day, (although taking longer at the later levels) I found it much easier to stick to, and progress through, Zen12.
I found the rain and stream backgrounds most relaxing but I enjoyed them all and worked through to the end.
I may go back and restart Brainev, and if I do, I will update the article.
